Add OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication flow to the login functionality.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can login via OIDC-compliant identity providers
OIDC tokens are validated and user sessions are managed accordingly
Configuration for OIDC provider(s) is clearly documented
Existing login methods remain unaffected

Notes:

Ensure compatibility with current session management
Update documentation to reflect new OIDC option
Provide example configuration for at least one standard provider (e.g., Google, Auth0)
